Managing Multi-Language Catalogs

Set up and manage product catalogs in multiple languages. Import language-specific feeds, set target markets, optimize keywords per language.

Why Multi-Language Catalogs Matter

If you sell in multiple countries, you need language-specific product content — not translations. Localized content optimized for each market's keywords ranks significantly higher.

Architecture: One Feed Per Market

Import separate feeds per language: English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German. Each feed is independently optimized in EcomIQX.

Step 1: Import Language-Specific Feeds

  1. Go to Settings > Data Sources > Add Feed
  2. Paste your Swedish feed URL
  3. Set Language: Swedish, Country: Sweden
  4. Click Import
  5. Repeat for each language feed

Products with the same source ID across feeds are automatically linked as language variants of the same physical product.

Step 2: Configure Target Markets

Go to Settings > Organization > Target Markets. Add each market you sell in (Sweden, Norway, Denmark). This configures keyword research language and location per market.

Step 3: Per-Language Keywords

Keyword research runs independently per language. Swedish products get Swedish keywords from DataForSEO. Norwegian products get Norwegian keywords. No cross-language pollution.

Step 4: Per-Language Optimization

Rewrites and scoring run per language variant. Your Swedish content is scored against Swedish competitors. Norwegian content against Norwegian competitors.

Step 5: Export Per-Market Feeds

Create separate supplemental feeds per market. Upload each to the corresponding market's Google Merchant Center account.
