Custom Platform Integration
Not on Shopify or WooCommerce? EcomIQX is built for catalog flexibility. Import product data from any source — XML or CSV feed, JSON API, supplemental feed from your PIM — and export optimized content back in the format your platform needs. Enterprise platforms, custom-built stacks, and headless commerce setups all supported.
Everything you need for catalog optimization
Feed-based import for any platform
EcomIQX accepts product imports in the most common feed formats: Google Merchant Center XML, CSV with configurable column mapping, JSON arrays with field mapping, and OCI/BMECat formats for B2B and industrial catalogs. You configure the field mapping once — EcomIQX remembers it for all future imports. Scheduled imports (hourly, daily, or on-demand) keep your catalog current without manual uploads.
REST API for bidirectional integration
EcomIQX exposes a complete REST API for programmatic catalog management: import products, retrieve optimization recommendations, fetch improved content, and trigger bulk optimization jobs — all without the EcomIQX dashboard. Your development team can integrate EcomIQX into any existing workflow, CMS, or headless commerce pipeline using the API.
Webhook support for real-time catalog updates
Configure EcomIQX webhooks to receive real-time notifications when catalog events occur: optimization complete, new issues detected, content approved, or health score changes. Your platform can receive these events and trigger downstream actions — updating product records, refreshing caches, or alerting content teams — without polling the EcomIQX API.
Supplemental feed output in any format
Export optimized content as a supplemental feed in Google's XML format, CSV, JSON, or custom schemas. Supplemental feeds layer EcomIQX improvements onto your existing feed infrastructure without touching your source data system. Google Shopping, Bing Shopping, and other channel-specific feed formats are all available as export targets.
PIM and DAM integration pathways
For enterprise catalogs managed in a PIM (Akeneo, Contentful Commerce, Pimcore, inRiver) or DAM, EcomIQX supports import from PIM export formats and can write back to PIM-compatible import schemas. Asset metadata from your DAM can inform product descriptions — dimensions, material descriptions, care labels in image metadata — where your PIM extracts that data.
Headless and composable commerce support
For headless storefront architectures (built on Next.js, Nuxt, Astro, or similar), EcomIQX's content API can serve as a content enrichment layer: your frontend queries your primary commerce API for product data, and optionally queries EcomIQX for enriched descriptions, optimization scores, and A/B test variant assignments — returning enriched product content at runtime or via pre-generation at build time.
